| Designation: 17Cyber-N Name: Rae Riley Sex: female Age: new born, she is a fully developed 17-20 years old Height: 5'2" Weight: human- 125lbs/beast-250lbs Eyes: brown with yellow flecks Hair: lower back in length, brown, wavy. Purpose: Von Reichter intended her to be his right hand man, equal to Jose. If Cybersix managed to survive the isle of doom, 17Cyber-N would hunt and destroy her. 17Cyber-N was to be Von Reichter's assassin. |
| What: 17Cyber-N is of course, a creation of Von Reichter's, his last creation. She is a clone of Cyber 17, with some adjustments. She is human most of the time, though when she is placed in a fight or flight situation she reacts by growing and exo-skeleton (similar to an insect's but much stronger). She learns later how to grow the exo-skeleton at will. While in "beast" mode 17Cyber-N's toes and fingers become claw like with jagged edges ideal for killing, climbing, digging, climbing ceilings. Her hair also is coated with the exo-skeleton and spikes out on her head making it a weapon and giving her brain perfect protection. The exo-skeleton can mimic it surroundings making 17Cyber-N invisible human eyes, though she is visible to most animals besides humans. (Data 7 can see her). In human form and "beast" form 17Cyber-N has acute vision, like that of a bird of prey (i.e. an eagle), so she sees in black and white, making the picture sharper and clearer. When she takes on "beast" form she becomes more animalistic, with primitive and intense fight or flight response, so her human judgement does not interfere. In her "beast" form she can understand animals, insects, and other creatures. |
 Human form:~ Physical charactoristics~17Cyber-N is shorter than her predecessor 5'2" to be exact. Von Riechter needed to make her shorter so she would have less surface area to cover with the exo-skeleton. So her hair always stays the same length. Her eyes are brown with yellow flecks, they posses the same qualities in both human and "beast" mode. She is very intelligent; Von Reichter engineered her with his own intelligence. She is very strong, and has a muscular build, she needs the extra strength to manoeuvre in the exo-skeleton, and 17Cyber-N is much stronger than Cyber6, but Cyber6 is taller and that gives C-6 somewhat of an advantage. Like C-6 she can jump and leap great heights and distances, and she can run longer and faster than a human can, her abilities are about the same as C-6 in this department. |
 Beast form:~ Physical charatoristics~17Cyber-N's exo-skeleton coats all of her body and extremities. The only parts of her body not block off by the exo-skeleton are her nasal and ear passages, the insides of her mouth, and her eyes. The exo-skeleton can mimic its surroundings (only at will). Normally the exo-skeleton is a deep violet with an oily sheen (rainbow). In this form 17Cyber-N can go with out air for about thirty minutes, she had acute hearing and she can feel vibrations in air and on the ground: of course she can only feel them to a certain extent, she does not have the senses of a bat in that sense. Her hair comes out in spikes to protect her head and to make a valuable weapon. |
| 17Cyber-N was created three days after Grazilda (the day light devil) died. She developed from a zygote to a fully-grown human woman in 43 days, in a sustenance chamber. During that time she was given nutrients through and artificial umbilical cord, and she learned through a virtual reality implant at the back of her neck (much like "The Matrix"). In the virtual reality she learned grades K-12, martial arts, and weaponry, but limited social contact. When she emerges from the sustenance chamber she is about 17-20 years old. Her age will be suppressed for the next 17-20 years, and then after that she will continue to age like a normal human being. Von Reichter wanted to give her a normal human life span. She needs more sustenance than C-6 or Jose, about one vial every five days if she "morphs" on a regular basis. |
| RELATIONSHIPS Jose: He is the first person she meets, she enjoys talking to him, and watching him build his machines. They have a friendship based on mutual respect. She finds Jose to be annoying, and childish. Later she despises Jose, and wants to kill him, but will not. Data 7: In human form, she is not aware of him, but in beast form she likes him, she talks to him and a friendship eventually builds between the two. Cybersix: Most of her time around Cybersix, they fought. Later she befriends her, but before then she hates her with a passion (programmed). Adrian: Rae goes to Meridiana high school to gain some human experience. She enjoys his class, and feels connected to Adrian, but doesn't know why. Lucas: Rae falls in love with Lucas (Jose gets very jealous, not in a remotly "sexual" sense, in an attention sense). She is very interested in his class, and of course she befriends him. She later refuses to kill Cybersix because Lucas loves her. Julian: He is the first person in Meridiana she meets. She likes him, and enjoys spending time with him. He helps her find her humanity. Lori: Rae's new friend and Meridiana high. She becomes rebellious; this eventually causes her to change sides. Rae learns to socialise with Lori |
